Testi Kebap

TURKEY: We discovered this dish while dining out in Goreme. Testi kebap is an Anatolian specialty made by cooking the meat in a special clay pot, which is sealed before being put in the oven. The dish is then broken at the table and served in the remaining portion of the clay pot. As food presentation goes, this one is pretty dramatic. Very tasty, too.
